Morgan Kulas is an experienced movement artist and teacher. She works primarily through the contemporary medium, but also teaches jazz, tap, modern and ballet. Her work has been featured at Chicago College of Performing Arts, The Spertus Institute of Chicago, Colorado University, Visionbox Theater Company, Tedx, Rocky Mountain Theater for Kids, and Vail Valley Academy of Dance. Morgan received two dance educations: one classical and the other contemplative. She enjoys creating dances and dancers that provoke deeper states of awareness and compassion. Morgan has been blessed with many great teachers and mentors throughout her life, each of whom has facilitated her development as an artist. She has thousands of hours of education and teaching experience and is sought after each year for her unique choreographic voice and generous spirit. Morgan is a founding ensemble member of the Visionbox Acting Studio in Denver, CO where she has collaborated with many pioneers of performance including actor Bill Pullman, director Jennifer McCray Rincon and recently deceased movement artist Robert Davidson. Morgan recently attended the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet Teacher’s Training workshop developed by Marcia Dale Weary.
